ABOUT THE DOCTOR
Dr. Angulo grew up in Orlando and graduated from Bishop Moore High School . He recieved his Bachelor degree in Biology from Florida State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland-Baltimore (the world's first dental school) in 1999. Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Angulo completed a general practice residency at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida . In 2000 he returned to Orlando and entered private practice.

Dr. Angulo's practice philosophy has been molded by various experiences. During dental school he was selected to go to the Dominican Republic on a dental mission, providing treatment to some of the most remote and impoverished areas of the country. Later he had the opportunity to serve as a clerk in the school's Special Patient Clinic. Here he focused on mentally and medically compromised patients. Since returning to Orlando he has been an associate dentist treating UCF athletes. He has volunteered at the Coalition for the Homeless and has had several articles published. Most recently, Dr. Angulo has been a part time clinical instructor at a University of Florida residency program.

Dr. Angulo is constantly finding ways to improve on the quality and comfort of the dental treatment he provides. He remains actively involved in the local dental society as well as study clubs in order to stay as up to date with the exciting innovations in dentistry. His areas of interest include cosmetic and implant dentistry.

When the doctor is not involved in dentistry he is either playing basketball or spending time with his wife Kendale and their two daughters.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Our entire team will do whatever is needed to make you feel comfortable and well cared for. When you call the office, you can expect to speak with Michele Wilder, the office manager. She will assist you in scheduling or answering questions related to insurance or financial options. Denise Leitgeb, our scheduling coordinator, is experienced in all aspects of patient care. She is extremely helpful if you should have any questions about the services we provide. Kim Fischer is Dr. Angulo's chairside assistant. She brings experience and warmth to her position. Allison McKinney, our fine dental hygienist, ensures that our patients have the healthiest gums and the most comfortable cleanings possible.

ABOUT THE OFFICE
As mentioned in our mission statement we treat our patients as though they were family. We carefully craft treatment plans which reflect this but have the understanding that you ultimately make the decisions about your teeth and your health.

Our regular office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may schedule a time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and we ask that patients please arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you have a dental emergency during regular business hours; please call early in the day so that we can schedule you that day. If you are a patient of Dr. Angulo's and have an emergency after hours, our office recording gives the number where he may be reached.

We make every effort to maximize your insurance benefits. We accept cash, checks, Visa Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also have other options available if a payment plan is necessary.
